Courier — Poslaju, Ninjavan, or SPX (assigned based on availability)
Coverage — Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah & Sarawak
Estimated delivery — 2–5 business days (Peninsular) · 5–10 business days (Sabah/Sarawak)
Tracking — Tracking number provided once your order is dispatched
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Courier — Flickpost (Malaysia) + local carrier at destination
Estimated delivery — 7–21 business days depending on destination
Shipping terms — DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid)
Import duties & taxes — Payable by the buyer upon arrival. Charges vary by country and are collected by local customs or your courier.
Tracking — Tracking number provided. Coverage may vary by destination country.
Nailora Beauty ships internationally on a DDU basis. We do not collect import duties or taxes on your behalf. Any customs fees must be settled by the recipient to release the parcel. We are not liable for delays caused by customs processing.
ORDER PROCESSING
Processing time — 1–2 business days after payment confirmation
Business days — Monday – Friday, excluding Malaysian public holidays
Order confirmation — You'll receive a confirmation with tracking once your order is dispatched
DAMAGED OR LOST ORDER
If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive within the estimated timeframe, please reach out within 7 days of the expected delivery date. Include your order number and photos of the packaging and we'll sort it out for you.
